Oh Kae Creative LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Oh Kae Creative LLC.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical limitations.

  • If the services provided do not meet the specifications outlined in the contract or agreement with the client.

  • If the client cancels the project before the commencement of services, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or terms outlined in the contract.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must contact us in writing via email at within three (3) days of the completion of services. The request must include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request.

Upon receiving the refund request, we will review the request and assess its eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this refund policy and the terms of the client agreement.

If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within fourteen (14) days using the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain services or fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Fees for consultation, strategy development, or other pre-service activities.

  • Fees for third-party services or resources purchased on behalf of the client.

  • Any expenses incurred by Oh Kae Creative LLC in the course of providing the services.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, we will work with the client to resolve the issue amicably. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated according to the terms outlined in the client agreement.
